Note Regarding Amazon Returns

We cannot accept packages with return labels that use a QR code.

We can assist you with a Prepaid Amazon Shipping Label. Please use these instructions to obtain a label: 

• Visit Amazon online and login to your account
• Navigate to your ORDERS
• Click on RETURN OR REPLACE ITEMS
• Click on the REASON FOR RETURN
• Select how you want your return to be refunded
• Click the UPS drop off points - Send Email with label to postalexpressrhn@tasolberg.com OR send it to your email address and print it to apply.
• Visit the Rhinelander Postal Express with your package and we will apply the label.

If you have already started a return and need a label, you must cancel the return you are working on. Then, visit the steps above to begin the return and obtain the label.
