It might be Trig's store, but it's Tula's deli! Way back in 1971, when Trig Solberg and his wife Tula opened their first store, Tula was in charge of the deli. She began with seven core dishes created using her own favorite recipes: Chicken Almond Salad, Baked Beans, Broccoli Raisin Salad, Crab Salad, Original Potato Salad, Coleslaw, and Sweet & Sour Slaw. The Tula's line of signature items has been carefully expanded upon over the years and now features 200 salads in her line!

Not to be completely outdone by Tula in the area of signature items, Trig took inspiration from the 18 foot open-air grill at Tasmania (a Northwoods outdoor food and entertainment venue named for his initials). Tasmanian Ribs and other Tasmanian specialty items are Trig's own favorites.
