Nominees for this award should have at least 1 year of service with our company. The company views The Solberg Award as the most distinguished honor that any associate can receive. There is only one recipient of this award per year. This Solberg Award is for an individual that exemplifies what it means to be a model associate and representative of our organization. The nominee is a servant leader, an expert in their area of responsibility, and has sacrificed much time and energy for the betterment of the company. This award honors the positive impact the nominee has had on their teammates, the company, and the community. Eligible nominees should have at least 1 year of service with the company.
