A nominee for this award should have at least 1 year of service with the company and have a supervisory role of some kind (i.e. Facility or Department Manager, Assistant Managers, Supervisor or Shift Leaders, CSR, Director, Coordinator, etc.). Nominees should possess servant leader characteristics that exemplify the company's desired leadership philosophies and culture.
