About the Excellence in Operations Award

Any associate can be nominated for this award. This award is for associates that have some level of financial responsibility when it comes to business operations. (i.e. Facility or Department Managers, Assistant Managers, Directors, Coordinators, etc.) The award is not given to associates that have only accomplished a certain budget goal or sales goal. The award should be given to nominees that have executed or developed better efficiencies, processes, procedures, expectations, training, coaching, etc. in their area of responsibility which has led to better financial results.
