The Story

Superior Fresh is an industry-leading aquaponic farm specializing in organic leafy greens, Atlantic salmon, and Steelhead. They are situated on a 720-acre native restoration property nestled in the Coulee Region of Wisconsin, they produce nearly 4 million pounds of safe, clean, organic food each year in their SQF-certified facility.

We wanted to bring you a fresh Atlantic salmon with incredible quality that is only found in Superior Fresh. Their salmon is healthy, delicious, sustainable, and without the same contaminants you’d find in the wild.

The organic greens are free from pathogens and contaminants, and they don’t use pesticides. Superior Fresh greens taste great, but are grown in the most sustainable way. They grow over 3 million pounds of greens a year on a fraction of the land a conventional farm would require, even in the middle of our Wisconsin winters.
