Fresh Hope for our Communities

We know that the reason we've been part of the Northwoods for over 40 years is because we live and work in great communities. As a result, we work to give back to those who have been so good to us. 

Through Trig's Fresh Hope program, we support schools, sports teams, non-profit organizations, and so much more. In addition, each Trig's has a Brat Hut that is open for organizations to raise money in support of their efforts.

Annual Charity Golf Outing

Our 6th Annual Charity Golf Outing was held in September, 2022.  Since the inception of our event, we have been able to raise and donate over $300,000 for our local organizations. All money raised has been disbursed to our communities to provide education in drunk driving, provide K-9 officers with support, purchase officer body-cams, provide medical care, benefit our local food shelters, and more.

 Stuff-A-Truck Food Drive

Trig’s 11th annual Stuff-A-Truck food drive wrapped up Wednesday, March 17 bringing in $21,000 worth of food and cash donations to benefit local communities - exceeding our previous record of $15,600! This year, those donations were needed more than ever, with some food pantries requesting the items before the three-week food drive ended. The food drive started February 24 and ran through March 17 at all seven Trig’s locations. During that time Trig’s guests helped by purchasing pre-packed bags of items each pantry in that community requested, by purchasing a pinup or by rounding up their grocery bill.

Trig’s and the Stuff-A-Truck food drive collaborate with local communities and service organizations to stuff a semitrailer with food and personal hygiene items to stock the shelves in local food pantries. The 11th annual Stuff-A-Truck benefited the following organizations:

Tomahawk: Tomahawk United Methodist Church Food Pantry, Nokomis Food Pantry
Rhinelander: Rhinelander Food Pantry
Minocqua: Lakeland Food Pantry & Boulder Junction Food Pantry
Eagle River: Three Lakes Christian Food Pantry, Vilas Food Pantry, Headwaters food pantry, Inc.
